Heavy duty high tensile strength steel construction is reinforced by structural channel and tubing. Ram guides are 6” channel with replaceable and adjustable wiper blades. Hydraulic cylinder is reinforced by heavy duty I-Beam and two 22” X 24” X 1/4” gussets for increased strength and stability. Controls are easy to use push buttons. Automatic cycle is provided by limit switch with manual override for auxiliary compaction control.
